All services are subject to availability.
2. Health & Eligibility Requirements
Clients agree that:

Dogs must be current on recommended vaccinations

Dogs must be in suitable health for participation
-
Clients will disclose any medical, behavioral, or aggression concerns prior to service

AlohaK9Co may decline service if a dog is deemed unsafe or medically unfit
3. Owner Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information regarding their dog
-
Following pre/post-session care instructions
-
Ensuring the dog is available and ready at appointment time
-
Providing safe access/parking for service visits
4. Appointment Policies

Appointment times include a 20-minute arrival window
-
Dogs not ready within the arrival window may forfeit the session
-
Parking delays may reduce session time
5. Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hour notice required for cancellation/rescheduling

Late cancellations shall result in a forfeited session/no refund

No-shows shall result in forfeited session/no refund
6. Weather Policy

AlohaK9Co reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to:

Severe weather

Unsafe road conditions

Hazardous travel conditions
7. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due as agreed at booking/purchase

Introductory offers may be limited to one per dog

All packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
8. Assumption of Risk

Participation may involve physical exertion, behavioral unpredictability, or injury risk

9. Limitation of Liability

Injury, illness, or death arising from undisclosed health/behavior issues

Incidents resulting from inaccurate client disclosures

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Right to Refuse Service

AlohaK9Co reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

A dog poses undue safety risk

Client violates policies

Conditions are unsafe for handlers or dogs
11. Intellectual Property
